Enery Element GmbH este un joint venture stabilit în iunie 2020, format din Enery Deve­lopment GmbH şi Element Power RE GmbH. Principalul finanţator al Enery este Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF), fond în care consultanţii de investiţii sunt britanicii de la Amber Infrastructure.
