Grupul EnergoBit, fondat în 1990, cuprinde în prezent trei companii: EnergoBit, EnergoBit Control Systems şi ELM Electro­montaj Cluj, care împreună au generat o cifră de afaceri consolidată de 100 de mi­lioane de euro în 2024.
